Deposit & Refund Policy

Deposit Fee:

• A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment.
• This deposit is applied toward the cost of your tattoo.

Transfers:

• The deposit can be transferred to a new date if you provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment.
• If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternate date.

No-Call No-Show:

• Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• A new deposit will be required to schedule a future appointment.

Refunds:

• No refunds will be issued for deposits or completed tattoos.
• If you are unhappy with your tattoo, please speak to your artist directly, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns through touch-ups or adjustments where applicable.
